Test Customer Register

This brochure describes the processing of personal data in the Buenno test customer register of Nordic Market Research Oy. Registered persons are persons who are registered in the Buenno Portal and are subject to a test commissioner’s mandate.

 

Purpose of processing personal data

The data in the register is used to coordinate the research activities carried out by Nordic Market Research Oy and to maintain the terms of reference.

The data entered by the registered Buenno portal when registering in the register is stored in the registrar’s Test customer register, which is available to the controller for the provision of research assignments. The research assignments will be notified to the registrar at the e-mail address indicated in the register. The person enrolling in the Register agrees that the information will also be used to carry out questionnaires to measure possible customer service, satisfaction and experience.

The registrant will be able to choose which study assignments to sign up and to which questionnaires he / she participates as a defendant. Joining the register does not require participation in any mandate provided by the Customer View.

Registry information

The register stores test clients only with the information necessary to provide the assignments. The primary source of information for the data to be stored in the register is the test customer himself, but information about the research assignments and the payment of payment of work allowances is also stored in the register. The following basic information is collected from the registered Buenno register upon registration:

  • Username
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Age
  • Place of residence
  • E-mail
  • Password

Basic information enables participation in lighter surveys. In order to participate in more challenging research assignments, the data subject must complete the following, more specific information:

  • Sex
  • Telephone number
  • Place of residence
  • Occupation and employer
  • Level of education

After the first research assignment, the following additional information is collected from the data subject for the payment of work allowances:

  • Street address
  • ZIP code
  • Post office
  • Identity number
  • Account number
  • E-mail
  • tax information
  • Approval of an assignment agreement

Transfer of personal data

Personal data sent by registered Buenno portal forms will be transferred to the database of the site, from which the data will be stored in the registrar’s Test customer register. The controller takes advantage of subcontractors and partners in the provision and provision of services. For example, the information needed for payment of work allowances will be handed over to the Procountor financial administration system.

The controller adheres to the obligations of data protection legislation when transferring the data. Careful and well-informed processing of personal data by subcontractors and partners is also ensured by contractual and other arrangements. Any transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area is subject to a transfer mechanism in accordance with data protection legislation, such as the templates approved by the European Commission.

Personal data may be disclosed to statutory authorities, such as a taxpayer, in statutory cases. The register information is not used for direct marketing or advertising.

Principles of registry protection

The controller processes personal data in a secure and compliant manner. Risks related to treatment operations have been assessed and measures to manage these risks have been implemented.

Personal data is adequately protected technically and organisationally. The protection of the register is used, among others. the following:

  • Hardware and File Protection
  • User Authentication
  • Use Authorizations
  • Registration of operating events
  • Handling instructions and supervision

All persons using the register information are bound by confidentiality. The registrar also requires proper protection of personal data processed by its partners.

Registered Rights

The Register has the right to inspect the information stored on the register itself and to claim rectification and deletion of incorrect information. The registrar is also entitled to request the processing of his / her personal data or otherwise object to the processing. If the Registrant considers that the processing of his / her personal data is not lawful, he / she is entitled to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

At any time, the Register has the right to withdraw his consent to the use of personal data and to request the deletion of his / her data from the register. Data will be deactivated immediately after a request from a registered user.
